Last weekend, I recorded an insightful conversation with Ms. Nisha Ray.

Nisha Ray is a professional Kathak dancer & a trainer who has performed in many parts of our country, and various international festivals.

She gave a splendid performance at the opening ceremony of Common Wealth Games (2010) at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium under the guidance of Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji.

During our conversation, we talked about Kathak dancing, her initial struggles, her take on Western Dance forms, and the health benefits of dancing.
